二是要加强学习。不论是青年团干还是职工朋友，都要抽时间学习，你们在学习和掌握理论知识方面具有一定优势，但个人阅历相对较浅，经验相对不足。因此，要把学习放在首位，作为自己生活的第一需要，切实抓紧抓好。除了向书本学，还要向经验丰富的职工群众学。
三是工作要实。年轻人参加工作时间不长，主要是做一些琐碎的基础性工作，但是不能小看一些小事。天下大事，必作于细。年轻人就要从自己做起，从点滴小事做起，把每一件本职工作做好，把领导交办的每一件小事做好，组织才放心把更重要的事交给你做。
四是严于律己、待人真诚。作为年轻人，要树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观，牢记全心全意为人民服务的宗旨，在政治上、工作上、生活上都要严于律己。从各方面严格要求自己，树立好青年人的良好风范。待人真诚是一种美德，对别人真诚才能获得别人的信任和尊敬。

“山河破碎风飘絮，身世浮沉雨打萍”，那时的中国已摇摇欲堕，如果没有青年的那一腔热情，真不敢设想现在的中国会变得怎样。
他们要求民主、希望进步、发展科学，具有着强烈的爱国精神。
光阴流逝，时代变迁，作为新世纪的学生的我们，要树立远大的理想。
人的一生只能享受一次青春，当一个人在年轻时就把自己的人生与祖国事业紧紧相连，他所创造的青春，就是永恒。
我们，高举“五四”旗帜，追溯“五四”精神，现在我们应当把这种精神体现在学习上，在科技高速发展的21世纪，知识才是最后的本钱，要爱国要为祖国的建立出一份力，就离不开寒窗苦读。
