一、指导思想
为顺利完成本学期的教学任务，提高本学期的教育教学质量，根据四年级学生的实际情况，围绕教学目标，除了认真备课、上课，批改作业，定期检测学生成绩，优质完成每一节课的教学外，采取课内外培优补差措施，制定此计划，以高度的责任心投入到紧张的教学及教学工作中，力争取得较好的成绩。
面向全体学生，促进学生全面发展的教学思想，培养拔尖学生，让优生吃得饱，让学困生吃得好。发挥优生的优势，开展帮困活动，鼓励他们重新。对于学困生主要引导他们多学习，多重复，在熟练的基础上不断提高自己的能力。尤其是学习态度的转变和学习积极性的提高方面要花大力气。
二、学生情况分析
四年级共有学生11人，从学习情况及知识技能掌握情况看，大部分学生学习积极性高，学习目的明确，上课认真，各科作业能按时按量完成，且但也有少部分学生如刘国正，韩昌恒，插班生，如黄欣豪，张升昌等基础知识薄弱，学习态度欠端正。因此本学期除在教学过程中要注重学生的个体差异外，我准备在提高学生学习兴趣上下功夫，通过培优辅差的方式使优秀学生得到更好的发展，潜能生得到较大进步空间。通过生活实际的情境创设，来让学生感受学习英语其实是一件简单的事情。
三、具体措施
（1）培优措施：加强基础知识与交际运用能力的训练，拓宽知识面，多做习题。
（2）差生措施：差生形成是有原因的，社会的，学校的，家庭以及个人的因素，所以要搞清楚，每个后进生形成的原因，然后对症下药。
如新生黄欣豪，张升昌基础知识差，底子薄弱，平时就要加强辅导，课上多提问，多辅导。下课及时查缺补漏。
对于这些后进生课后还要多督促他们做到每天把新学的课文，单词读出来，
利用下课时辅导他们读，早读时带读。对于差生对于单词的听写降低要求，一天记一个或两个，由小老师负责听写并及时给予鼓励。
采用激励机制，对差生的每一点进步都给予肯定，并鼓励其继续进取，在优生中树立榜样，给机会表现，调动他们的学习积极性。充分了解差生的'学习方法，给予正确的指导，保证差生改善目前学习差的状况，提高学习成绩，增加学习英语的信心。
四、预期效果
培优预期效果：通过培优工作，争取使这些学生的知识更拓展，阅读和写作能力有一定的提高，综合运用语言的能力及应试能力全面提高。
辅差预期效果：使学生端正学习英语的态度，提高英语的学习兴趣，让他们能力多学些知识，争取现有的基础上有不同程度的提高。
本学期我们将进一步发挥自己的潜能，在不断的实践和学习当中提高自己的水平，提升学生对英语学习的觉悟性。
